The CBFIs are listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “FMTY 14.”~~FIBRA Monterrey was established in 2014 as the first real estate investment trust in Mexico to be 100% internally managed and advised, with a focus on the acquisition, management and development of real estate primarily in the industrial, retail and office sectors in the northern Mexican states.
