LOS ANGELES – Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP advised Volt Information Sciences, Inc. (“Volt”), an international provider of staffing serviced and managed service programs, in connection with the divestiture of its quality assurance testing business unit to Keywords International Limited, a technical services provider to the global gaming industry. The transaction closed on October 27, 2017.~~The Volt business unit that was sold is known in the gaming industry as VMC and was a part of Volt’s Technology Outsourcing Services and Solutions segment. VMC provides production development, quality assurance testing and customer support to companies primarily in the video gaming and mobile industries.~~The Milbank team advising Volt was led by Corporate partner Adam Moses.
