Milbank advised on 21.1% of the 660+ deals that priced in the global CLO market through the first half of the year, with Milbank’s US team claiming a 21.2% market share of those deals and the London team claiming 35.6% of the deals in the European CLO market, both on the manager counsel side. Milbank’s structured credit team has already advised on 145 deals valued at over $64.5 billion globally – more than triple the number of deals than the second-ranked law firm.
