Paul, Weiss is advising private equity firm DCP Capital in its acquisition of the China-based poultry business of Cargill, the world’s largest agribusiness company. The acquisition includes all of Cargill’s chicken farms in China and related processing sites. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition is expected to close later this year, subject to regulatory approvals.
