Milbank LLP advised the initial purchasers and dealer managers in connection with the offering by the Province of Córdoba of $800 million aggregate principal amount of 8.600% notes due 2035, and an offer to purchase any and all of its US dollar step-up notes due 2027. This marks another successful offering by the Province of Córdoba that Milbank has advised on, most recently advising the initial purchasers in the $725 million notes offering last year.
