The Firm represented the initial purchasers, led by BofA Securities, Inc., in connection with a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering by Cable One, Inc. (“Cable One”) of $650 million aggregate principal amount of 4% Senior Notes due 2030. Cable One intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include acquisitions and strategic investments.
