Texas LNG Brownsville LLC (Texas LNG), a four million tonnes per annum (MTPA) liquefied natural gas (LNG) export terminal to be constructed in the Port of Brownsville, Texas, and a subsidiary of Glenfarne Energy Transition, LLC, and EQT Corporation (EQT) have executed a definitive 20-year tolling agreement for natural gas liquefaction services for 2 MTPA of LNG. The agreement solidifies the two Heads of Agreement signed by Texas LNG and EQT earlier this year. Latham & Watkins LLP represents Glenfarne Energy Transition in the transaction with a team led by Houston partner Chris Peponis and associate Taylor López, with assistance from associate Siyao Liu.
