Paul, Weiss advised Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope, Inc., North America's leading vertically integrated manufacturer, fabricator and distributor of architectural hardware, glass and glazing systems, in its acquisition of Syracuse Glass Company, a leading independent fabricator and distributor of architectural glass and aluminum products in Upstate New York, Eastern Pennsylvania and New England. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
