Richard Jenkinson is an England and Wales qualified Associate Attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in London. Specializing in antitrust and competition law, Richard has extensive experience in merger control, cartel enforcement, and state aid. Before joining Gibson Dunn, he spent over seven years at DLA Piper, where he advised on significant cases such as the Korean Air/Asiana merger and the UK Phase 2 investigations into Menzies/Airline Services. Richard's expertise extends to advising on the UK Subsidy Control Act and providing legal counsel during criminal cartel cases.
