The syndicate replaces RedBird Capital Partners who founded OneTeam in 2019 alongside the NFL Players Association and MLB Players Association. Lineage, Inc., the world’s largest global temperature-controlled warehouse REIT, has announced the pricing of its underwritten initial public offering of 56,882,051 shares of its common stock at the initial public offering price of US$78 per share. In addition, the underwriters of the offering have been granted a 30-day option to purchase from the company up to 8,532,307 additional shares of its common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The company intends to use the net proceeds received from the offering to repay borrowings outstanding under its delayed draw term loan, repay borrowings outstanding under its revolving credit facility, fund one-time cash grants to certain of its employees in connection with this offering and estimated cash to pay tax withholding obligations associated with stock grants and redeem its Series A preferred stock. Following such uses, the company expects to use the remaining net proceeds for general corporate purposes, which may include the repayment of additional borrowings outstanding under its revolving credit facility. The company’s common stock began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on July 25, 2024, under the ticker symbol “LINE.” The offering is expected to close on July 26, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions. Duration Capital Partners (Duration), a newly formed private investment firm focused on North American transportation infrastructure, has announced that it has completed its spin-out of Oaktree Capital Management, L.P.'s (Oaktree) transportation infrastructure business. Duration is led by Co-Chief Executive Officers Emmett McCann and Josh Connor, who have led Oaktree's transportation infrastructure team since its inception. Oaktree will remain a minority investor in Duration, and Oaktree's Vice Chair and former managing partner, John Frank, will serve as Chairman of the new firm. A group of investors have closed the acquisition of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (JHMR), an iconic mountain destination in Teton Village, Wyoming. The investors, which include JHMR Board Members Eric Macy, Mike Corbat, their families and a small, select group of co-investors, take over for the Kemmerer family after 31 years of ownership. Financial details of the private transaction will not be disclosed. StepStone Real Estate has announced the final closing of StepStone Real Estate Partners IV (SREP IV), its fourth in a series of funds focused on special situations secondaries and recapitalizations of real estate vehicles. SREP IV’s $1.4 billion final closing exceeded the $1 billion target for the fund and notably, approximately $870 million of the commitments closed after the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
