Harriet Cottrell is a debt finance partner at Kirkland & Ellis International LLP, based in the London office. With a focus on domestic and cross-border acquisition financing and leveraged finance transactions, Harriet brings extensive experience to her role. She has previously worked as an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Dentons, and completed her training at Dentons and Barclays. Harriet holds a Legal Practice Course and a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP University, London, and a B.A. in Ancient History and Archaeology from Durham University.
