The offer consists of newly issued shares from a capital increase of €200 million and the sale of existing shares held by BC Partners. The shares of Springer Nature are being traded on the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (ticker symbol: SPG) since 4 October 2024. Springer Nature is a leading global publisher for research, health and education. It is owned by companies controlled by the Georg von Holtzbrinck Publishing Group and funds advised by BC Partners.
