Before joining Clifford Chance, Andrew served as Deputy General Counsel at Exos Financial, where he advised on transactional, regulatory, and corporate governance matters. He also worked as an associate at Ropes & Gray LLP and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, and as Vice President & Assistant General Counsel in JPMorgan's equity derivatives legal group. Andrew holds a JD/MBA from Cornell and a BA from the College of the Holy Cross.
